The ancient game of Nine Mans Morris – sometimes referred to as Merels or the Milling game.  This game dates back to medieval times, thought to be played by the Romans and the Vikings.  There is even evidence to suggest of its existence in Egypt as far back as 1400 B.C.  Woodsmith"s version is a pine box with sliding top and inlaid oak and ash playing surface.  This simple board game for two has surprising depth, and comes complete with playing pieces and rules.
